Download the software here https://github.com/UPBGE/upbge/releases/tag/v0.2.5b

than open up teamseas.blend (with  Upbge)> go to file  > user preferences > 

addons>game engine>  than select save as game engine runtime>

now go  to file >  export > than save as game engine runtime to your selected directory!
